I appreciated the hotel's great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful, assisting with directions and recommendations. I also found the room to be very clean.

There was no 'do not disturb' sign available. This was a minor inconvenience.

the air conditioning barely worked , even after i mentioned it. the room felt stuffy. i also found that the mini bar was empty . there were no complimentary snacks or drinks available , not even water.
